This size is also convenient for use with miniature bases, and we recommend it for 40mm and 32mm bases.
We use one 5mm × 2mm magnet on our 40mm bases, and for standard miniatures, it provides enough holding strength for storage on metal surfaces such as cookie tins without any issues 💡
This size is also recommended for attaching magnets to the underside of bases using our Magnet Nest.
Of course, these magnets are not specifically designed for miniature bases, so they can also be used for crafts, small items, and a variety of other purposes.
