This 4-sided tracker (marker) allows you to manage both stance (Conceal / Engage) and action status (Ready / Activated) in a single token. Simply switch the face to instantly see the current state at a glance.
In the official setup, separate tokens are required for Conceal and Engage, each with Ready / Activated states—meaning two types of tokens per operative. For a team of five, that adds up to ten tokens to carry. With this tracker, both stance and action status are combined into one, reducing it to just five tokens.

The "Activated" faces are finished in the same grey as the official markers, regardless of which colour you choose.
